Exogonium rudolphii

Exogonium rudolphii, also known as the Devil's Claw, is a flowering plant native to southern Africa.

It has been traditionally used for its medicinal properties, including anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects, due to its iridoid glycosides and sesquiterpene lactones compounds.

The plant is believed to have various health benefits, such as relieving arthritis, back pain, and other musculoskeletal issues, as well as treating fever, digestive problems, and insomnia.

Exogonium rudolphii is often prepared into herbal teas, tinctures, or capsules, and can also be consumed as a raw root or dried powder.
